(hereinafter referred to as “Yuchai”), is the most important carrier for the realization of Yuchai's “new energy track” strategic goal; Yuchai Core Blue will take “from low-carbon to zero-carbon, make an effort in hybrid power, make up for pure electric drive, and develop hydrogen power” as the strategic guideline, and is committed to becoming a first-class professional supplier of new energy power systems in the industry. Yuchai entered the field of new energy power systems for commercial vehicles in 2004 with the development of the “First Generation Hybrid Power System (ISG)”, and established Yuchai Core Blue in 2021 for corporate operation. Yuchai has been deeply cultivating in the field of new energy power systems for nearly 20 years, with more than 300 patents, and has formed 4 systems, namely, the Range Extender, Hybrid Drive, Fuel Cell, and Pure Electric Drive System, With over 300 patents, Yuchai has formed 4 major new energy products, namely range extender, hybrid, fuel cell and pure electric drive system, and is the enterprise with the most complete mastery of technology routes, the widest product spectrum and application scenarios in the new energy power system industry for commercial vehicles, as well as the ability to design and develop independently in the core parts and components such as motors/controllers/gearsets/electric stacks.

Workshop A of Yuchai Core Blue Nanning Base will be opened in 2021, and the workshop adopts a dust-free wide-room design. The plant area is about 15,000+ square meters. It has the manufacturing capacity of four new energy systems and eight sub-products (eCVT transmission assembly, fuel cell, integrated electric drive axle assembly, intelligent power unit, EMCVT hybrid power, range extender motor assembly, high-speed motor assembly, and motor stator and rotor). The workshop has 9 production lines and assembly units. It is equipped with a number of industry-leading process equipment and process technologies. Adoption of advanced manufacturing technology to meet the core blue manufacturing power to provide a strong guarantee.
